TAPP Coalition events at UN Climate Conference Bonn 16-26 June
TAPP Coalition is organising three press conferences and one side event at the UN Climate Conference SB62 in Bonn, with an option to watch them online live (or see the recording afterwards).

Title 23rd June: True Pricing: Revisiting Public Financial Incentives to Tackle the Hidden Costs of our Global Food System.
Title 24th June: COP30 Deal: Transitioning away from meat overconsumption - The COP30 Declaration on Agri-Food Reform
In this press-conference we present a COP30 letter / Declaration that is co-signed by over 140 non-profit organisations and government representatives across the world, sent 16th June to the COP Troika (Brazil, Azerbaijan, Dubai) and representatives of UN countries (all Climate Ministers and UNFCCC Head of Delegations). Title 25th June: GHG-Emission Pricing in Agri-Food Systems and import taxes - case studies
In the press-conference cases are presented of countries committed to GHG-Emission pricing in Agri-Food Systems by 2030 (Denmark, New Zealand) and countries with high import taxes on meat and dairy (Switzerland, Norway) and how this (or soy taxes) support sustainable diets with reduced GHG-emissions. We present other pricing policy options like Emission Trading Schemes for food processors and food taxes recommended by FAO/World Bank and the Alliance of Champignons for Food Systems and we show increasing public and political support (COP29 and COP30 Declaration of Food System Reform) with perspectives from the Global South.
